“THE JUSTICE FOR JEREMIAH CAMPAIGN”

On the 11\2\2004 BBC Newsnight reported on the death of Jeremiah Duggan in Germany on the 27th March 2003. This programme raised many unanswered questions. The local police decided immediately it was suicide. This meant that they had no need to investigate. No witness statements were taken. No investigation into the circumstances. Erica Duggan, made a 999 to the British police shortly before here son was killed. He had just rung her telling her he was frightened and in deep trouble. He begged his mother to come to rescue him. In November a British Coroner declared there were no grounds to suggest suicide. He concluded that this enquiry touched "on murky and secretive structures of political organizations in Europe and that earlier Jeremiah had been "in a state of terror"

On Newsnight the Wiesbaden Prosecutor declared that because no third party was involved the case was closed. How can they be so sure when the case has not been investigated? It was reported that Jeremiah had spoken out publicly declaring he was a Jews when all around were blaming the Jews for the Iraq war and other evils in the world.

Young people from all over the world are invited by the LaRouche Schiller Institute to Germany. What happens at these lectures? The German authorities have a duty to put this organization under full public investigation to determine how a young student died and to protect us all from possible dangers.

Erica Duggan believes this is necessary under articles of the European Convention. For this purpose she needs legal representation in Germany and at European Courts. No family can deal with this on their own.  Your help is needed to raise money to enable the campaign to continue. Erica states;" If we are silent in the face of any forms of incitement to hatred: "All our futures will be at risk"

What will the Fund be for?

To fund all investigations and legal representations into the mysterious death of Jeremiah Duggan so as to:

To promote greater public awareness of political cults, particularly those with anti-Semitic aims, in order to protect young, vulnerable people from grievous bodily or mental harm. Also in cases of sustained mental attack which could have contributed towards causing a death to support the demands for full scale enquiries at both State and International level.
